Brochure Site Terms & Conditions


The Brochure Site offer provides you with a 3 page condensed website design (including standard contact form) for the starting price of $399.  Options are available and the related fee for each option is in addition to the starting price of $399.    All content for the site must be supplied by the client and any images supplied will be used as supplied (no editing performed).  It is the responsiblity of the client to ensure all licences and permissions are obtained for all site content.

Every brochure site requires website hosting and this is provided at an additional cost of $24.95 per month.  Hosting provides you with up to 5 email addresses and 100mb of storage space.

Payment - design:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for the brochure site design and final 50% being payable upon completion of the design.
  • The website will not be live to the public until the design has been paid in full
  • No refunds given
  • Initial design allows for one revision to header and content - additional costs apply for any subsequent changes to design, layout or content
  • Limited access is provided to update text and images on pages within the site
  • Site maintenance is available through 5 Small Stones at the applicable hourly rate at time of maintenance enquiry

 

Payment - hosting:

  • Monthly hosting fees are debited to your preferred credit card details one month in advance.
  • If payment for hosting is rejected by credit card, client has 7 days to arrange an alternative payment or site will be inactive until payment for outstanding amounts are received.
  • No refunds for cancellations
  • Cancellations of hosting requires at least 1 months notice
  • Fee applies to release site design files for installation through other hosting providers.  Standard backup file format applies.
  • Initial website hosting is through 5 Small Stones with a minimum hosting term of 12 months

 

Priority Assist Program -  Priority Assist Program Support applies to brochure sites.   Client chooses the level of support required for an ongoing monthly fee payable one month in advance via credit card.  Click to view priority support package

Domain Names: If a domain name for your business has already been secured, the client is responsible for advising the relevant domain management company of the required change to DNS or any other domain related records.  Should time to attend to the change of DNS or any other domain related records be incurred, this will be charged to the client at the applicable hourly rate.  5 Small Stones is not liable for any problems or delays encountered due to the required changes.
